Grow Nepal insures employees against Covid-19
Our staff is the lifeblood of our company and not only that, they are family… This is why as an initiative by Grow Nepal, National Organics has provided insurance facility against the prevailing Covid-19 to 23 employees. The value of health insurance is Rs. 100,000 per employee, which can be accessed if they will be infected with Covid-19.
As the world collectively faces this global health crisis, it is paramount that we support and stand by our staff. It is at times like these that the true value of human kindness can be seen and appreciated.
What we want to do through the insurance programme is to minimize the financial risk and burden to the employee in case they will be found Covid-19 positive. This is fundamental for the employees’ peace of mind so they can continue contributing to the economy of Nepal. As an employer and a business, it is our responsibility to do everything within our power to ensure that our people and our country as a whole do not fall during this time of crisis.
